The objectives of the qualification are to enable learners to:
understand what is meant by leadership skills and qualities
develop practical leadership skills
plan for own leadership development
Understand what is meant by leadership skills and qualities.
Be able to demonstrate leadership skills.
Be able to create a plan for own leadership development.
You must be at least 18 years of age.
You must be a resident of Northern Ireland and eligible to work in the UK.
You will be required to have sufficient literacy and numeracy skills to enable them to successfully complete the qualification.
This course is free of charge.

This underpins the authenticity of teaching and learning activities as students engage with practitioners who understand the challenges and opportunities of the counselling role.
