The Examinations team aim to provide internal students with an effective and efficient service when overseeing and administering the whole exams process whilst adhering to the JCQ regulations. This may include managing timetable clashes, ensuring special requirements are met and liaising with external awarding bodies.
All certificates (except Ulster University) will be posted to students’ home addresses, so it’s essential to keep your address up to date, as replacements incur a cost from the awarding body. Higher Education certificates can be collected from the Exams Office or presented at the December ceremony. Ulster University students must collect their certificates in person with valid photo ID, arranged through their Exams Office.
All results are issued via Student Prospect Accounts. In preparation for the receipt of results, it is important for students to ensure they have access to their account at the beginning of the academic year, please contact the IT department with any Student Prospect accessibility issues.
